Had my regular, monthly appointment with the head shrink yesterday. Everything's great. Everything's under control. I was making a random comment and he looks at me and says, "Wow. You're really funny, aren't you? I've never seen this side of you."

Does it ever unnerve you when doctors make random, off-topic comments about you like that? I was once at the lady doctor, and right in the middle of the examination she looks up and says, "Wow. You have really long eyelashes!" Uh, thanks I guess, but probably not the thing you should be focusing on right now.
(And this, ladies and gentlemen, is the kind of information I would only reveal in another person's comment section.)
